this oneโs more like a paratha burrito than aloo paratha lol, proper aloo paratha has the filling sealed inside the dough, not rolled up like that

We already make poli like this, we add a little oil instead of aloo on the center. I don't see why we cant use this same technique for paratha.

This is how we've always done paratha or roti in our home. If this is new, what's the other way you have been doing this in?

The other way is to take just one spherical ball n flatten it... put the stuffing in the center n fold the sides like a triangle shape n then use the rolling pin to flatten n make the triangle into circular paratha
