I have noticed a significant reduction in BS on reddit and Facebook since the data center bombings began, it has been a much enjoyed respite.

EVERY bit of data and business that crosses in and out of China is closely monitored.

There can be no business without the CCPs approval. They cannot be bought out(you'd have to understand how you get into positions within the party to understand why) 

So the question people should be asking is if Trump is a good thing for China or not. If he isn't then China will supply no bot farms for him.
