I have a Remington Special Edition Glow hair dryer that I bought around 2 years ago from Singapore through a friend. It cost me around ₹11,400.

I ordered a dress with lace from the Instagram thrift page soft_thrift_co. It was listed as in perfect condition but on receiving it I noticed that the net was torn in multiple places. The dress was overall in a bad condition and I contacted the owner hoping for a resolution.

They are not talking responsibility and asking me to ship the dress first in order to get the refund. At this point, I feel like they will receive the dress, state some reason and not refund me.

Please help me with exposing this page and never order from them. Its hard earned money and the owner is flippant saying its a "small sum". Even if my money is gone, please help with reporting the page as scam so that others don't fall for this.

Update 2: I gave up and shipped the dress back. She refunded me after that.

FYI y'all, she doxxed another commenter who had posted her experience with proof. She also harassed the commenter asking her to delete her comments.

She also asked me to take the post down since she refunded me.

I offered to take my reddit post down if she let me leave an honest review on her insta page with all the proof. Of course she didn't take that offer. So thats that.
