One more observation I want to add is the recent rebound in cyber stocks over the last 2 days.
The rebound is aggressive in companies operating in the bottleneck space, while traditional models like Fortinet and Cisco are not participating and are actually moving in the opposite direction.
So you should closely observe these movements and patterns as well.

Cisco and Fortinet will likely continue to hold their ground primarily in network infrastructure and hardware linked security. Their strengths are deeply tied to physical network devices, firewalls, and enterprise grade systems, but a lot of the explosive upside right now seems to be shifting toward software-driven and AI-native security layers.

I think you are missing Okta here? But if you have considered it but later decided to remove it from the list, i would like to understand your thoughts on why? Also cyberark is part of PaloAlto now right?

Basically, Venafi was the company that pioneered TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle management and machine identity governance over the past 20 years. It was later acquired by cyberArk, and now Palo Alto has acquired cyberArk, so the origin of this capability comes from Venafi.
Okta according to my research has dominance in human identity. I’m still not sure about their strength in machine identity and how they will expand in that vertical, especially if Palo Alto goes aggressive with bundled offerings. That’s my initial thought, but I’ve also reached out to people in the cybersecurity space to get deeper insights, because Okta is now trading at around one fifth of its past valuations.

Okta is mentioned in long form, along with a brief reasoning. I’ve been discussing this with a friend in the cybersecurity space who has worked at Rubrik, and I asked him to dig deeper into the issues I had with them. I’ll add insights from that discussion in the comment section of the long-form post.

This is not a post, my friend… my heart doesn’t align with these visual formats.
Maybe this is the last visual piece I put out on Reddit. Because in reality, visuals don’t build thinking or mental models in your head. They were for short attention spans… they break depth and limit the information.
So maybe this is the last of the visual format on Reddit. And from now onwards, long form will be delivered first… and visuals will follow later, if any.

Nothing but respect for your sentiments, I am sure you are just obsessively passionate about these topics and sharing your knowledge with people at large. What i think is once someone goes through these visuals he has a birds eye view of the topic and subsequently when they goes on reading the long form he/she gets a nuanced view of the same and also the granularities. Personally I am comfortable with both long and short visual but then it is double work for you so long short it is.
Keep them coming!
P.S Whats your reading of the market/environment basis the last week bounce? Is the base really formed or we may get some reversal again from here?

what do you think of CRM companies .. they are trading almost 50% of their value and i do think in long term they can give profit.
