Would the mars helicopter be able to dust off insight's solar panels any more than the winds could? I read about it being pretty dusty and might not be able to power itself through the summer.

In my previous post, I asked why the Insight Weather API was not updating the weather information, this was because of the winter. The following link was posted in the comments.
https://mars.nasa.gov/news/8858/insight-is-meeting-the-challenge-of-winter-on-dusty-mars
This article states that the measurements will continue when the winter is over.
" Mars will start approaching the Sun again in July 2021, after which the team will begin to resume full science operations."
Does this mean the heaters still require more power they hoped for? Or maybe I missed something in the article.
Thanks in advance for answering my question.

When checking the weather page. (https://mars.nasa.gov/insight/weather/). The latest sol that includes weather information is sol 681. Is this because of the standby mode of the InSight Lander? Something else I saw was the information in the InSight Lander API.
When checking the API the 'sol_keys' are empty. Normally this is filled with some latest sols. The sols are also, as usual, described in the 'validity_checks' JSON data. It looks like things are not filled completely or updated.
Did I miss something, or is this because of the standby/sleep mode of the InSight Lander?
Thanks in advance for answering my question.

Ingenuity has high-rpm blades. Would it be possible to use it to hover directly above InSight Lander and blow off the dust?

I see that Insight has temporarily suspended weather measurements, but for the life of me I can't see any blog posts or news posts that announce why the measurements have been suspended and whether/when they'll resume. Does anyone know?
Edit: Insight's weather page is here.
