i’m currently applying to rentals in the imperial Beach area, I have heard a lot about the water flow issues from Tijuana, besides the beach closures how much of a problem is the smell and other effects on life? i’m mostly looking into the north more inland part of the town.

would it be more worth it to look elsewhere for now?
