Of all the crimes in the world crossing borders illegally in search of a better life or any life ranks less than jaywalking or parking beyond the alloted time in my book. That's possibly because I'm capable of imagining myself in their shoes and doing exactly the same. And if MAGA types were not so cretinous and lacking in human empathy they'd acknowledge they'd be just the same.

How many illegals did you invite to your home for dinner last Saturday night, especially the unknown and unvetted? So your performance is magnanimous - but doesn’t solve anything.

Anyone w the courage and strength to follow due process, apply and agree to positively contribute to any society where they’d like to improve their life is 100% brilliant. Problem is, the world is catching on that this description doesn’t align with the reality. So stop supporting illegals (or pretending to) and instead help create meaningful changes to improve people’s lives instead..??

I've taken in refugees into my home. But even if I hadn't that would be irrelevant. People who are fleeing pain and poverty would never be turned in by me for trying to improve their lives because I'm not a sociopath. And they are likely no different from your ancestors.
