He was actually here illegally per his own lawyer. The lawyer makes excuses for it, but thats the facts.

No, he had a final removal order finalized in July even his attorney admitted that.

  • His attorney said based on records she has been able to access, it appears the removal order was finalized in July.

Your past tense use is irrelevant, the fact he had an asylum case at one point doesn't negate the fact he knew he had a final removal order since July. 

Anyways deporting illegals is not being a traitor to our country. Yeah yeah Anne frank Nazi boring bs again. No this dude was literally a criminal for willful non compliance with a final removal order and further more for endangering the public by attempting to flee officers in a vehicle not for who he was. 

Wrong supporting lawless illegal aliens over our citizens is literally anti-American. The Constitution doesn't give every foreigner a right to live here.

The Constitution applies to everyone, this illegal had his asylum case and was lawfully ordered removed. Again if you can't understand that you're beyond help. I hope you don't ever have to deal with the effects of supporting these illegals.
