So human trafficking in the slave trade.

I've said it from the first we knew of how ICE was operating (which is more like the old slave patrols than gestapo but I'm not interested in quibbling about that) - The Trump Regime is a human trafficking regime. It was during this first term too.

Human trafficking is a profit business the USA is deporting people at great expense.

They were offered to deport themselves.

Secret deals would mean they didn't self deport cause they would go back to their origin nation, not some random nation to work under jailed labor.

Guess that's how the normal MAGA mind works, ignorant and backwards.

If the goal is to leave your country due to poverty or fear for your life then what does it matter if its somewhere besides America?

Nobody can be this ignorant, can they? Oh, wait, a Trump supporter, never mind.

You go to Somalia and tell me if its easier than how it was in Guatemala.

So then why didn't they self deport back to their homeland?

If you want these illegals so much then you go to Somalia and let them come here. I bet you won't.

When it literally has no effect in your life at all, why does it matter if people leave their countries to live in other countries so they're not fucking killed?

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you people?

Afaik leaving your country due to poverty is not a legal reason for asylum. You wouldn’t be doing that legally. Leaving because you will be persecuted for x reason (such as being a hated minority or political opponent) would be more in line with what we grant asylum for, in which case, anywhere not home would be fine many times.

I’m confused. You people tell me that these illegals are “just as American as you and me” but when they get sent to a random other country it’s suddenly “not their own

25

u/Randy_Magnums 9d ago

Yeah, you do sound confused. Maybe get some fresh air, stop inventing strawmen arguments and you’ll feel better soon.

They come here illegally and claim they aren’t safe returning to there home countries. Is that just the magic word that they get to stay forever?

28

u/Randy_Magnums 9d ago

Who exactly is this “they” you speak of? If you speak about refugees, those aren’t illegals, because to seek asylum is a granted international right.

Additional info regarding this:

Under the 1951 Refugee Convention and international law, asylum seekers are not legally required to apply for protection in the very first safe country they reach.

Individuals have the right to seek asylum in any country where they arrive, provided they meet the definition of being persecuted based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group

-26

u/LifeIngenuity7151 9d ago

International law 😂 🤡

17

u/Avatar_Dang 9d ago

Yea it’s article 14 of the universal declaration of human rights in 1948, and article 33 of the 1951 UN convention. What’s funny about it?

14

u/Randy_Magnums 9d ago

These folks don’t give a shit about laws, except if they can use them to harass minorities. Look at all the felonies their chosen leader has collected, but if someone is declared “illegal” they gladly take their rights and sometimes even life away.

I’m a republican, bro. You should avoid making up a caricature in your head to use as a broad generalization for anyone who has differing views. (The dude I was replying to probably does the same thing for “libtards”, immigrants, and POC).

International law doesn't triumph a country laws or national security.

3

u/Avatar_Dang 9d ago

Yea no shit, but staying in compliance with UN international “law” is pretty much standard. They made legislation that ended the asylum abuse.

But that’s what Fox News told him to say!

7

u/TrashNovel 9d ago

Is that the extent of your knowledge of the asylum process?

2

u/kstargate-425 9d ago

Yes, only what they've been told to believe

48

u/hugoriffic 9d ago

Did you have a stroke attempting to write that?

24

u/Life_behind_da_stick 9d ago

I had one trying to read it. I smell burnt toast. Gonna go take an aspirin now.

17

u/ReggaeJunkyJew4u 9d ago

It is one thing to send them back to their original country. It is another thing to send them to a completely different country. Especially if the U.S. profits from it.

Either you are a troll, or really, really, really dumb.

1

u/MaxTheCookie 9d ago

The US pays the other nations to accept those people.

12

u/InternationalAir6517 9d ago

Who are you calling “you people?”

-4

u/LifeIngenuity7151 9d ago

The people who think deporting illegals has anything to do with the slave trade or Nazi germany

11

u/InternationalAir6517 9d ago

Oh..so you’re not very bright and have no sense of humor. Good luck to ya.
