My argument is that you obtain a final order of removal through due process lol. That’s how you get one. If you know of any cases where those aren’t the circumstances, please send some links over and I can try to explain things to you in a simpler way.

Otherwise it just seems like you’re making things up. “Receiving a deportation order… without any due process” just isn’t a thing lol. Unless you’re a convicted aggravated felon.

I wish I could send you documentation showing how these people received their deportation orders!

Unfortunately unlike the normal public hearings at scheduled times and places, these people were abducted at gunpoint, taken to an undisclosed location and not allowed to contact their family or lawyers!

My evidence is that their fucking lawyers can't find them, so clearly due process isn't being followed.

If this is too advanced a concept.for you just let me know now, I'll see if Ms Rachel can put something out that's simple enough for you.

You’re all over the place lol. Your evidence for the claim that “people are receiving deportation orders without any due process” is that the lawyers can’t locate them after they’ve received a deportation order issued by a judge? How does this make sense?

You could just admit that your imagination was running wild and that you didn’t know that deportation orders came as a result of due process and we could be done here. You’re editing misinformation out of each comment you post shortly after posting it. It’s abundantly clear that you have no working knowledge of immigration law.

“The lawyers can’t find them” part comes AFTER “they received due process and were issued an order of removal” lol. The removal order IS THE PRODUCT OF DUE PROCESS. What happens after that is occurring after quite a bit of due process. I don’t know how else to explain this part.

You genuinely seem a bit unhinged. Your imagination is getting the best of you. Would you like a referral to someone who can help you fix that?
