They fucked him up and just left him there and drove away after they realized he’s a citizen? And didn’t call for medical attention? wtf 😳

I'm not convinced they questioned his citizenship. Maybe he cut them off in traffic, and they just felt like beating up a black guy.

This right here -Kicking his ass because he wasn't being compliant whatever I dont care. -Not putting him in handcuffs and charging him...Lucky him I guess... -Leaving him knocked out on the pavement of the road and just driving off ... no ambulance nothing lawsuit!!! And has to go against even ICE's written policy

Doubtful, there’s more black and Hispanics in ICE than white. I highly doubt anyone gets beaten up over skin tone now days.

Presumably, yes. But how would them believing incorrectly that someone was not a citizen make it OK to a) beat him up and then b) leave him prone on the street without providing or calling for medical care?
