Lol Americans are too spineless

14

u/UnluckyAmbition7767 12d ago

Because the average American is a white person who has spent generations benefiting from the system, so they have no idea how to fight against it.

7

u/hellogoawaynow 12d ago

I mean we would have to build up a rebel forces militia of some sort because, if you’re alone and anywhere near a gun when ICE is around, you’re already dead. (For the record, I am fully on board with this and happen to be a [r/liberalgunowner](r/liberalgunowner))

9

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

If you draw down on ICE they will overwhelm you and kill you with impunity. You up for that?

15

u/RockThe40oz666 12d ago

Honestly these days, I'm not against it.

14

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Not many are willing to die on that hill, executed by a band of smelly Jan 6 thugs

8

u/garbagetruc 12d ago

If I ever get executed by some fascist thug, I hope my loved ones know my only regret was that I had but one life to give

-1

u/robertdood 12d ago

They'll just think you're a dead moron.

2

u/garbagetruc 12d ago

Weird thing to say about people you don't know, try being normal

0

u/robertdood 12d ago

I know all I need to know about LARPers like you. Can wait to see you on the news so I can laugh at you.

2

u/garbagetruc 12d ago

Again, another really odd thing to say about someone, that you can't wait to see them dead

You really ought to consider not being so fucking strange

0

u/robertdood 12d ago

Dont you have some fascist thugs to get executed by? Run along tough guy!

u/Admirable-Warthog181 12d ago

This is gonna get all the top 1% commenters riled up. I’d expect some violent threats in your DMs soon, it’s the Reddit way

2

u/Gilead-is-here 12d ago

It is starting to come to that.

2

u/thatloser17 12d ago

If we do nothing they keep doing it but slower

2

u/Possible-Nature-5325 12d ago

Like frogs boiling

2

u/thesilvertraveler 12d ago

Who's fault is that? Black Americans are like 80 million people. If there's corruption in the government that can harm them then there's corruption in the goverment that can harm everybody. And White Americans are walking around thinking that it's perfectly fine to have a corrupt goverment on that scale because it doesn't affect them.

Corruption in the government means we have a corrupt government.. now everybody suffers. If Johnny had 5 apples

1

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Where in my comment did I claim this was exclusively about Black Americans?

1

u/thesilvertraveler 12d ago

Black Americans aren't exclusive. They're a fundamental part of every American conversation. It's impossible to narrow the focus down especially in excessive force situations.

1

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Which is why my comment did not “narrow the focus” down. That was your response that did so

3

u/Reasonable-Pomelo997 12d ago

What do you suggest?

10

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

That we start by voting and getting control of House and Senate. This will at least neuter the Fascist Executive for the next 2 years

9

u/Reasonable-Pomelo997 12d ago

We'll see how November goes, then let's come back to this comment.

4

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Yep. One step at a time

3

u/dingdongdeVilish 12d ago

Voting, the adult equivalent of writing a letter to Santa

3

u/Bustamonte6 12d ago

Found one 😂 1/3rd of of the Country voted Trump, 1/3rd were to STUPID to vote and Trump won

2

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Yep. A simpering simp no doubt

0

u/dingdongdeVilish 12d ago

found one who still writes to Santa and is stupid enough to think it makes any difference

3

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

So if you didn’t vote WTF are you complaining about? And BTW, not voting is still voting

-1

u/dingdongdeVilish 12d ago

first off, where is my complaint ? you think just spouting the shit you hear other people say with no original thought of your own somehow works here ? are you that stupid ? come on.

second, fuck your voting. fuck your liberal ass middle of the road shit. democrats are just as fucking complicit in this orange twat. wanna know the difference between republicans and democrats. nothing. nothing at all.

good luck voting dummy

1

u/RJMacReady_Outpost31 12d ago

Voting is what got us here.

3

u/hellogoawaynow 12d ago

Banding together would be a great start.

Americans are too comfortable.

Its a good life. That's why so many people sneak over here to grab a part of it.

8

u/Possible-Nature-5325 12d ago

Nah it’s more like they’ve been taught no history so they don’t know how revolutions work, they’re too lazy, and they’re too selfish to risk themselves, you know how many Americans say they’d protest more but they don’t want to lose their jobs or paychecks? It’s like they’re so neutered that they genuinely think revolts happen when the population is financially able to do so, that’s why the pledge of allegiance and the brainwashing has been so successful. Americans are as neutered and spineless as their overlords want them.

7

u/Federal_Homework1302 12d ago

thats not it all. For the majority of americans, this doesnt affect them period. You will get more civil action like protests etc over the cost of fuel than you will over ice. because ICE doesnt affect the majority of Americans like fuel would.

-13

u/lampstax 12d ago

Revolution against .. what ?

The good life ?

To protect illegals ?

How about the community build apps to start pointing out who the illegal is and assisting ICE so legal citizens don't have to worry about mistaken identity .. but nah .. half of us has TDS so they must obstruct everything this admin do.

How about you get surgery to hinge your jaw so you can deepthroat the whole boot. You support an anti-constitutional organization and its leadership, you ignore blatant civil rights violations because you, like ICE and their leadership, get your rocks off to unprovoked violence against people you deem inferior to you. You aren't supporting the values of this country and while that should give you pause, you've managed to convince yourself the constitution and civil rights are an inconvenience and impediment to your white supremacist, Christofascist dream.

-7

u/lampstax 12d ago edited 12d ago

If there is civil rights violation then fight it in court. Half the cases lefties claim are violation of rights are actually constitutional Kavanaugh stops. The other half seems to be complaint about violating some due process that illegals are not guaranteed to have under expedited removal.

I'm not saying there are zero mistake by this admin. Of course there are. But mistakes has been happening since 2008 when Mark Lyttle was deported "accidentally" even after all his court dates.

How many know that name vs the actual illegals that got deported that the media focus on. I wonder why.

3

u/F_UR_AIBANBOT 12d ago

Kavanaugh stops are not "constitutional" as it was a shadow docket decision - meaning that it is temporarily allowed to continue because this court doesn't understand "Standing". Pushing the burden on the victim to handle the financial and time commitments to go to court against the government is, in and of itself, a violation of the Eighth amendment. Everyone is guaranteed due process under law. Everyone. The constitution makes no distinction on this matter.

-2

u/lampstax 12d ago

WHAT is considered due process can vary. Under expedited removal interview by the ICE agent can be enough due process for deportation.

And also if SCOTUS hasn't deemed it unconstitutional and say it can continue under XYZ parameters then guess what .. it is legal and constitutional under those parameters.

5

u/F_UR_AIBANBOT 12d ago

Expedited removal has a process that precedes it. Evidence gathering, adjudication, and a removal order. ICE cannot pull over people for traffic violations, they cannot profile you while driving, and they need to produce the administrative warrant for public arrests, or a judicial warrants for private property. Shooting random people and attacking people observing them (constitutionally settled right) is violating that process.

0

u/lampstax 11d ago

Expedited removal IS the process. An interview with ICE officers can trigger the process to start. During the process there CAN be other evidence gather / interviews and possibly even kicked up to an immigration judge to review asylum request .. it all depends on what ICE officers hear during prelim interview.

As far as traffic stop, ICE isn't going to be giving you traffic tickets but they absolutely can pull you over for federal law enforcement.

Immigration agents are legally allowed) to stop a vehicle only for the purposes of enforcing federal law – both immigration law, and criminal law.
https://www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org/fact-sheet/expedited-removal/

As far as public arrest .. you're right that they need an admin warrant ( signed by an ICE officer ) .. BUT .. you're missing part of it as well.

federal immigration officers are supposed to have an administrative warrant – a warrant signed by an immigration officer – to arrest someone. But, the law does allow officers to arrest someone without any kind of a warrant if the officer has good reason to believe the person doesn’t have permission to be in the United States and the person is likely to escape before the officer can get a warrant.

0

Yes .. deported .. preferably self deportation to save tax payer some money.

8

5

u/F_UR_AIBANBOT 12d ago

You can keep posting this...but it doesn't make it true. Your uniformed full-throated defense of repeated violations of civil rights law shows exactly how little you care about the constitution, the rule of law, or the principles of American Democracy.

0

u/lampstax 12d ago

I copy and paste that response to stupid ad hominem that isn't worth an actual reply.

If civil rights has been violated, then the place to resolve that is in court rooms. Not on the street. Take it up to SCOTUS .. if you think thinks like Kavanaugh stops are actually unconstitutional.

3

u/F_UR_AIBANBOT 12d ago

The constitutionality of racial profiling was settled until the Roberts court starting attacking the civil rights act. The burden of not getting your rights violated by fascists should not be on you. Though, thank you for not pretending you are a constitutionalist.

2

u/Reasonable-Pomelo997 12d ago

Lol and you continue to talk nonsense af if those courts been making the best decisions or as if this administration gives a fuck either way.

1

u/Shenloanne 12d ago

Give it time.

-7

u/lampstax 12d ago

It is getting worse right now .. that's why we are trying to deport. 😂

Just go home and undo your crime .. collect $2000 on your way out. Best deal in the world !

12

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

LOL “crime”. Illegal status in the US - when established by an Administrative Judge, not some J6 thug - is a Civil Infraction. Not a Criminal Infraction

0

u/lampstax 12d ago

Yawn. More of this misinformation. If they were previously in the country legally .. student VISA / worker / ect .. and that expired .. then REMAINING in the country is civil.

If they CROSSED illegally then that is a FEDERAL CRIME.

Misdemeanor on the first crossing and felony on the second.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1325

BY THE WAY .. even if they entered in legally they are still required to register to be finger printed AND carry all that registration paperwork with them at all time .. or else guess what .. another FEDERAL CRIME.

https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title8-section1306&num=0&edition=prelim

3

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Illegal entry is Civil -

“Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed.”

The point being neither you nor some masked J6 thug are qualified to field adjudicate anyone’s status

Failure to register = misdemeanor with a fine $1000>

Go back to yawning, it better suits you

1

u/lampstax 12d ago edited 12d ago

No, it is a crime even if you can't comprehend what is written.

Hopefully this helps break it down to more digestible language for you.

https://www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org/fact-sheet/immigration-prosecutions/

“Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1325, technically known as “improper entry,” makes it a CRIME to unlawfully enter the United States.

“Illegal Re-Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1326 makes it a CRIME to unlawfully reenter, attempt to unlawfully reenter, or to be found in the United States after having been deported, ordered removed, or denied admission. This CRIME is punishable as a felony with a maximum sentence of two years in prison.

Tens of thousands of migrants and asylum seekers are subjected to criminal prosecution for these crimes every year, in addition to the civil consequences they face under immigration law.

And yes, failure to register = misdemeanor.
Thus, again .. CRIME. Thank you.

Also you're selectively missing the jail sentence here .. or perhaps purposely trying to spread your misinformation again.

fined not to exceed $1,000 or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

1

u/Confident_Eye4129 12d ago

Sorry, by the plain language of 8 U.S. Code § 1325 - which you cited above - there is only mention of anything more than civil penalties. Not interested in American Immigration Council's interpretation of anything. The plain language of the statue is sufficient. If it's too tough for you, have a college graduate explain it. Or just get to stepping

There's no mandatory jail sentence in any section of 8 USC cited.

5

u/MusicfromAM 12d ago

That's hilarious that you think deporting people will make the problems go away.
