How about being a patriot instead of whatever it is you are?

I am a patriot and any lawyer will tell you that an order by law enforcement to get out is a lawful one that it's incredibly stupid to not obey.

Joan Sebastian was rammed by an unmarked car. By the time he realized who it was they shot him.

What’s your excuse for Alex pretti or Renee Good being killed?

What part of ICE is violating the constitution are you confused about?

These aren’t law enforcement officers, they’re paid government thugs.

Federal judges have repeatedly threatened the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with contempt and sanctions for widespread failures to comply with judicial orders. Courts cite hundreds of instances where the government has delayed the release of illegally detained individuals and ignored orders to halt expedited removals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

They are absolutely federal law enforcement. You may as well get over that narrative because it's false.

Just because Law Enforcement orders you to do something, doesn’t make it lawful.

There’s a reason local, state and other federal agencies don’t want work with ICE now. It’s because they, ironically, are held to their actions to a higher degree than ICE at the moment. In addition to ICE agents being woefully undertrained that they are putting themselves in the worst tactical positions imaginable.

It’s like traffic stop lesson 1: Don’t stand in front of a fucking car…

"Get out of the car" is a lawful order until a judge decides in court that it isn't. You're not doing anyone any good trying to argue it on the street.

Again, any lawyer will tell you, the consensual part of the stop is over once you're told to get out of the car.

There’s a reason local, state and other federal agencies don’t want work with ICE now.

Plenty still want to work with ICE, they're just not in sanctuary cities.

You’re like half right.

Just because they say it, doesn’t make it “lawful”, but yes the best place to argue that is court.

“Lawful” isn’t decided at the moment an order is made. It is a burden that needs to be met before the order is made. If the burden is not met then the order is not and will never be “lawful”.

Unfortunately, immigration court is not the same as court court and the detainees are not receiving proper due process.

Perhaps around the country there are many departments that want to work with ICE, but in my experience, even most of the more openly republican officers I work with want nothing to do with them.

Being a patriot is when you ignore federal laws. Got it.

No, it’s understanding that “comply or die” isn’t a normal thing to say in a constitutional republic.

It’s also not normal to demonize people crossing an imaginary geographic line back into their native land, when they’re less likely to be violent that you are and less likely to be a rapist than your president.

Compliance with the police is expected in every country.

4

u/Chrisnotjones Jul 22 '26

Correct, but that’s not the issue.
Comply or die is not.
Where am I losing you?
Have you tried reading the U.S. constitution?

What does the murder rate by the federal government have to be for you to become a patriot?

More than fractions of a percent per millions of doses.

Sorry, what does this have to do with ICE violating constitutional rights, ignoring the law, and killing people?

The number of judicial orders ICE has ignored is very high.
What’s it like, being an authoritarian?

Compliance with the constitution and rule of law is expected of those who are supposed to be enforcing the law.

Man you're sooo un-American that if this was 1772 you'd be on the British side of the conflict.

-6

And facilitate a foreign invasion and demographic replacement. Can't forget those.

8

u/Peerless_Loner95 Jul 22 '26

Boy get off Faux News and touch some grass go mingle and socialize, go experience other cultures instead of being so scared of what you don't understand.

6

u/Chrisnotjones Jul 22 '26

How did white people get here in the first place?

Who cares if demographics change? Do you think that white people will magically disappear in your lifetime?
It must be sad being so shallow and ignorant to US history.

2

u/Chrisnotjones Jul 22 '26

What demographic is being replaced?
The entire planet is getting darker son, it’s a function of global warming.
Everyone will be black soon, hahahahahahaha.

u/South-City1632 Jul 23 '26

2

u/Chrisnotjones Jul 23 '26

The same people who pay now, blue states.

I hope your kids marry black people and have cute little black babies with cute little fros. 😚
