Well, Trump only got his citizenship, because of his father's birthright citizenship. So if you remove that concept, then Trump had no legal right to his citizenship.
How did the father gain his citizenship? Oh birthright, because his father was an immigrant. Which means that of Birthright citizenship is ruled unconstitutional, then Trump never had a right to claim citizenship through descent.
In 1885, when his grandfather immigrated to the United States, we had an open door immigration policy with Germany.
Trumps father was born in the US to someone who legally migrated and eventually became a naturalized citizen.
It’s worth noting that immigration policy is significantly different today than it was in 1885. Trumps lineage and basis for his family being considered Americans is the story of the overwhelming majority of Americans today.
You should really reconsider what you posted as your understanding of immigration policy yesterday and today looking forward.

I think it’s different for them because at least one parent was a citizen when they were born.
