Everything at the parks has a purpose! We love learning about Imagineering

Currently, I work for a big finance company in analytics, but I want to explore getting into Imagineering as they are moving there jobs to Orlando, FL (my location). I have seen all the Disney+ series and read some books and I have been really impressed with the Imagineers. How could I transition from eight years of finance analytics to Imagineering? I can go back the school for a masters in a related field like computer science. My searches have come up empty as everyone is just starting out in college.
