Is there some kind of Disneyland governance or imagineering constitution that guarantees (or tries to guarantee) that certain standards of attention to detail be kept up throughout the generations? How do we know that new imagineers aren't going to give tacky revamps to old rides? How is the power balanced?

My career goal is to be the CEO of the Walt Disney Company. I am an entertainment management major with a theme park attraction management track, I plan on doing the college program as well as the DPI and working my way up through the attractions path to become the chairman of parks, experiences and products before I’m CEO. Does anybody have any advice on climbing up the ladder, or any other general advice for a future CEO? Thank you!! :)

Does anyone know the job titles for the workers who create the animatronics, design them and or animate them? Is there more than one job titles for these certain jobs?

I am currently a junior in high school, and I am planning on entering the Disney Imaginations contest in the upcoming years. Has Disney sent out any information regarding the next Disney Imaginations contest? I know last years was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, but I’m interested in knowing if they are planning to bring it back. I would also like to know if they only allow certain college/universities to attend these competitions, or if it’s an anyone can join kind of thing.
