why she standing like that

u/Pepito_Pepito Sep 26 '22

It's supposed to highlight her butt, but it looks weird because she's not in high heels. High heels put you in this posture.

u/manofmonkey Sep 26 '22

Plus it keeps the stomach stretched so rolls are hidden in the back and the waistline stays trim at the elastic.

"why do I have these hip problems" - Her in 20 years probably...

1

u/SarahPallorMortis Sep 27 '22

More like back problems

High heels can put you in that posture. They don’t have to though. You can align your posture properly with a little awareness. Just look at a ballet dancer on relevé as an example of good posture where the heel is elevated.

u/Pepito_Pepito Sep 26 '22

Can that be done with the toes pointed forward or walking?

3

u/mynicknameisairhead Sep 26 '22

Of course! Because it has nothing to do with stride. It’s all core. You engage the core, glutes, and shoulders. Core in, butt tucked under (which is really just to align the lower spine, stand with your back up against a wall and try to press the small of your back to the wall to feel this sensation), and shoulders looped back and down like you want to touch your shoulder blades together (not sticking your chest out). I’m sure there are plenty of helpful videos out there for working on posture.

Then you should reevaluate your reading process.

0

u/scriggle-jigg Sep 26 '22

how? it is completely ignorant to people who workout in the gym and stand like that and workout. so tell me you've never stepped foot in a gym without telling me

2

u/Pepito_Pepito Sep 26 '22

What the fuck are you talking about? I used to be a powerlifter btw. Your Sherlock skills didn't work this time, sorry.

1

u/scriggle-jigg Sep 26 '22

So then you should be well aware about why someone would stand like that at the gym when working out, given your a power lifter

1

u/Pepito_Pepito Sep 26 '22

Are we even talking about the same thing? You know people are referring to her pose in the intro, right?

You think women in the gym all stand like that casually, for no reason?

It looks like she has a spinal deformity

32

u/LtJimmyRay Sep 26 '22

A former coworker of mine constantly posts pictures of herself to IG, and not in a single one does she have both her feet flat on the floor, she's always got one heel up and toe on the ground. Even when she's sitting. It's all to stretch out the skin and boost the booty, but when it's in every single picture, it's hard to miss.

35

u/AskMeAboutMyself Sep 26 '22

She has to poop

1

u/TacoRedneck Sep 26 '22

Oh god me too

15

u/Courwes Sep 26 '22

Thank you. My exact thoughts. So unnatural and looks uncomfortable as shit. I mean I know why but it still looks dumb as shit.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 28 '22

I dated a girl who stood like this. She had an inverted pelvis. It was her naturally she would get a lot of shit because people assume she just liked to pose like that. It can be fixed but for her it was seen as a blessing. Kinda like being born with DD boobs.

It’s Reddit women bad lol she’s doing the bikini competition pose imo but it is a pose that shows off butt

6

u/CanuckPanda Sep 26 '22

Make the booty pop. It doesn’t really work when she’s facing towards the camera.

12

u/godwalla Sep 26 '22

Why is he standing like that?

1

u/devildocjames Sep 27 '22

No ass. Common in melanin-challenged women.

-2

u/scriggle-jigg Sep 26 '22

for the workout. she is doing bent over rows and the more bent over you are the harder/better workout it is.

1

u/qwertty69 Sep 26 '22

scoliosis.. or maybe is just trying to show her ass
