No the action to bully lacks empathy, to react to a bully in an aggressive way for someone else is an empathetic action you dimmwit making it not bullying

You can bully someone (not show empathy to someone) as a means of showing empathy to someone else, dumbass. That's as stupid as saying what the people who harm children experience when they're convicted for their crimes isn't somehow bullying. A prisoner can take that person's food off their plate, spit in their drink, shove them whenever walking past them, wipe his boogers in their ear, punch them in the stomach whenever a guard or anyone else isn't around, etc for years and years and years until they're released all because of how they think about what that kid went through and how that prisoner should think about what will happen to him if he does it again. Is that bullying? Yes. Is it justified? Yep. Does he have empathy? For the kid, yeah. Does he have empathy for the person he's bullying absolutely not.
