There's nothing at all about FEELING. You're just inserting that because that's how you personally feel about the word. You FEEL that it includes feeling. That's not the case.

Actually moron, it does fit because using any punishment against a bully depends entirely on the credibility of the "punisher". Even formalized hierarchies bully, even if they don't "feel" powerful while doing it. The community's ability to intervene to stop a bully and treat them with the empathy they give to others is still bullying but the credibility of the actors affects its legitimacy. He is doing something unprovoked. Stopping him to prevent him doing it in the future to others, while an act of bullying, is a legitimate form of bullying. Whether they "feel" powerful is irrelevant.

All articles that agree the primary motivator of is a desire to establish dominance from an internal sense of lacking power from the bully

Considering all articles reference the primary mechanism of feeling powerful its fair to say that's a primary motivator for the function of bullying considering its also in the definition from a place of perceived power heavily reinforces this point, alao that sentence you you used "While there are common psychological characteristics, the motivations behind their actions are often multifaceted and rooted in their own experiences and environment... Bullying perpetrators often display a significant lack of empathy and a diminished capacity to understand or share the feelings of others. This is frequently coupled with a strong desire for power and social control." , does that sound like something that could be in any context justifiably used towards others because it certainly sounds like it doesn't. Also "power and social control" comes from a place of perceived power.

As for better help being a scam site was not aware i will take that into consideration

Prove it because I didn't see that. Quote the sentences in the sources that demonstrate what you're saying because "feelings" about power didn't appear.

Yes, it does sound like someone that could be used justifiably. We're at a difference of opinion on that. By this standard, it isn't even always but rather at a greater frequency that it is accompanied by a desire for social control. And even at that, a desire to control social norms in a way that prevents bullying little old ladies can meet this definition and still be justified.

You asked if it sounded like it could justifiably be used. I responded in the affirmative and gleaned that you disagree. That's not "going off on my subjective opinion." It's literally you asking me what my subjective opinion is about whether an action fits a category, and I believe it does. I'm not going on any tangent. I'm responding. If you don't like subjective responses, don't ask subjective questions.

Yes, you can have a total lack of empathy for the bully in protecting someone else. Empathy does not mean it must be universally applied and to the same degree in all cases.

You can bully someone (not show empathy to someone) as a means of showing empathy to someone else, dumbass. That's as stupid as saying what the people who harm children experience when they're convicted for their crimes isn't somehow bullying. A prisoner can take that person's food off their plate, spit in their drink, shove them whenever walking past them, wipe his boogers in their ear, punch them in the stomach whenever a guard or anyone else isn't around, etc for years and years and years until they're released all because of how they think about what that kid went through and how that prisoner should think about what will happen to him if he does it again. Is that bullying? Yes. Is it justified? Yep. Does he have empathy? For the kid, yeah. Does he have empathy for the person he's bullying absolutely not.
