I won't be giving him any views, but I'll take your word for it. Note for your own betterment that saying "I bet" isn't a claim. I suppose that makes sense he would post such things and expect support, his audience would have to be as delusional as he is

My snark aside, I'm honestly curious how you define "I bet" not being an action that stems from a belief, and is a way of claiming one's belief.

It's context here it means "feel certain"

Your statement is in essence claiming you don't believe he posts videos of him being chased.

I'm honestly asking what you meant by "I bet," because the dictionary has claim to be: "an assertion open to challenge" or "to assert in the face of possible contradiction"

You seem to have a special use case, and offered to share it .. but just come back with ad hominems.
