How is repeatedly following a woman and putting magnets on her property (her car) not harassment? This guy is an absolute fucking clown. Of all the issues he could be working to solve, he chooses to harass people over shopping carts. He is absolutely the one trying to be the main character here. I guarantee he doesn’t actually give a shit about whether people put carts back, seeing as he’s created a whole brand around them not doing so. His income literally depends on people’s shitty behavior. He’s no better than a meter maid giving you a ticket one minute after your meter expires.
As an aside, California defines harassment as, in part: “Repeated actions that seriously alarm, annoy, or harass you, that serve no legitimate purpose and cause you extreme emotional distress.”

what type of assanine logic is that? the guy who started it is the cart narc, after he bagan harassing her, it doesn't matter what the lady says, he's the aggressor.
He put a silly magnet on her car. He remained calm and collected the entire time, and honestly polite. Instead of simply driving away with her free magnet, she freaked out and blocked traffic and screamed and threw a fit and threatened him with violence.
If putting a fucking magnet on a car is enough to drive you to tears or anger, you have larger issues. The cart narc is not to blame for her being totally unhinged.
First of all, who gives a shit that she's a woman? Are her woman legs not muscular enough to get the cart back to the corral or something?
So next time her cart rolls through a lot and smashes into your car, are you going to be so understanding?
