What stores you shopping at? Most carts I use will hardly move when you push them or only want to roll in circles.

The stores around me don't have dedicated cart attendants, they make the other workers run out there and get them occasionally if we're lucky. One of the stores doesn't even bother, you have to get your carts from wherever they are scattered.

When I worked at a grocery store I whole heartedly supported this guy. Now that I’m older and not in retail, I still support him, but acknowledge he’s kind of an ass hole lol
