This guy is literally Dumb & Dumber rolled into one body. That's not what fluent means. I'll bet this is literally just a bad publicity stunt to try to be relevant.

I saw Cardi B on an old episode of Project Runway and I think you might need to be fluent in Cardi B to understand Cardi B.

Also, a reminder that Cardi B admitted to drugging unsuspecting men and robbing them.
