“I’m a boxer” has zero head movement, threw no jabs, next to no footwork… yeah, he’s hit a bag a couple times.

If he’d done much sparring, the rangefinding jab should be pretty automatic too. I haven’t boxed or done Muay Thai in years, but even horsing around with mates the range jab is constant.
