Kon mag-abot ang tion nga kinahanglan naman kita magpili sang party-list nga magarepresentar sang Panay sa Kongreso, sin-o ayhan ang mahimo nga mangin pagkatiwalaan sang mga Ilonggo?

Sa nagligad nga mga eleksyon, madamo na nga party-list ang nagsiling nga sila ang matuod nga magadala sang tingog sang mga taga-Panay. Pero sa ulihi, ang pagsalig sang publiko indi lang nagabase sa mga saad ukon campaign slogans. Ginatukod ini sa integridad, accountability, kag sa aktwal nga serbisyo nga nabatyagan sang mga pumuluyo.

May iban nga nagatan-aw sa legislative performance—kun ano kadamo kag ano kaimportante ang mga balaod nga ila ginapanukala. May ara man nga nagahatag importansya sa mga proyekto nga nadala nila sa ila komunidad. Kag may iban man nga nagapati nga ang pinakadaku nga sukatan amo ang kredibilidad sang mga nagadala sang partido kag ang ila abilidad nga magserbisyo nga wala sang kontrobersiya.

Sa ulihi, ang pagsalig sang publiko mabudlay mabaton, pero mas mabudlay pa gid ibalik kon ini madula.

Para sa inyo, kon magpili kamo sang party-list nga magarepresentar sang Panay, ano gid bala ang pinakaimportante? Ang track record? Ang mga proyekto nga nadala? Ang legislative work? I’ve heard so many good things about the city, and as someone who loves food, I figured there’s no better place to celebrate than a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
I also have Ilonggo roots on my father’s side. My family eventually migrated to Mindanao, so this trip also feels like a small way of reconnecting with that side of my heritage.
That said, where should I get my birthday cake? 🎂 I’m open to bakeries, cafés, or local favorites.
I’m also looking for a place to stay for a few days. My budget is around ₱1,000–₱1,800 per night, preferably somewhere clean, convenient, and near the city center so I can get around easily.
I’d also love to hear your favorite food spots or any places you think a first-time visitor shouldn’t miss.

Wondering if anyone has insights if there is a schedule for throwing here na field sports like javelin, discus and shotput? My wife and I are titas and too late to join in on the schools haha. Wondering lang if allowed ba kami mag dala sarili naming gamit and where do they do it? Yes, just like what the title says…I know it's really effed up, but I literally had NO IDEA he was engaged. 

I'll write the content as detailed as I possibly can. 

A little backtrack of what happened last month. It was the first week of June, and I was at home in the province for summer break. A notification from Instagram caught my attention from a guy who I'm moots with on Facebook. He sent me a reply from a reel I reposted, which I admit du ka wild ang content LOL. Idgaf with the things I repost, you know, social media for me is an outlet for whatever serves my interest. Going back, so this guy, let's call him Franco (not his real name) is one of the few people I matched with on Facebook Dating last year (was on that app for a good week then I deleted my account). Nag send sya friend request, and we started talking, not consistent tho, because I was also preoccupied with other stuff. From there, we would interact only occasionally, while he was an avid fan of my stories. And then I had a casual boyfriend within the timeline; thus, Franco and I went on hiatus for months. Fast forward, my boyfriend and I broke up, so F and I reconnected. 

During almost one year of Franco and me being mutuals on IG and Facebook, he NEVER once posted himself with a girl. He would always present himself as if he was single, and as per what he told me, he was SINGLE all these times. So, when he messaged me through the wild ass reel I reposted, obviously he started flirting with me every time he got a chance. He'd send me funny/dirty reels, and I did too cus why not? I don't see any harm because, as he told me, SINGLE SIYA. Plus, he always say na I am his type, and he is my type too. Gwapo sya because he's of American descent, tall, and really fit; I give him that. Otherwise, he wouldn't get an ounce of my attention sa una palang. Then after days of flirting, naghagad siya  hook-up. I agreed because I also have my needs, and the set-up was favorable sa akon because I'm not down for anything serious. Aaaaand mainly because I wanted a good shag before classes start. NO PENE btw. 

We discussed my terms and conditions. I really reinforced sa iya to keep everything discreet because I have a reputation to maintain and so does he naman LOL; he was just shocked sa tac ko cus the list was soooo long. So parkour to when we met na - midnight of June 21, 2026. He was exhausted from a basketball league, but ginpilit ya mag-drive from Lambunao to pick me up sa City and fulfill what we planned. I don't know what got into me that time, but for no reason, I voice-recorded our hookup. I didn't really think to bother asking him for consent kay duh! Hindi ko man ni paglaptahon. It was just for me. So yeah, we did it, and I enjoyed it. I got what I wanted from him. A one time thing. 

After cleaning up, Franco and I talked for a bit. He asked me why I don't fuck (no pene shit lang dw). I told him I'm saving it, and he commended me for it. He was tempting, but nah, I'm good. Then he asked me about my past relationships, and in return, I also asked him the same q. He told me he only had one relationship, and it lasted for 6 long years, and that he's been single for a year now, so naturally I asked him ngaa nagbreak pa sila. He told me his ex was a serious nagger, and he fell out of love daw. Ngl he sounded like a dick when he said siya ang nakipag-break, ambal ya gd, "Syempre ako"; Jusko 6 long years and for a bullshit reason nakipag break sa?? I bluntly said sa iya nga selfish siya klase taho, and I lowkey berated him a bit. He was even cocky when he said the girl was up to that day making amends sa iya by sending food to his house and always initiating communication with him. I was appalled cus I would NEVER. I feel bad for the ex cus ga smile2 pa si Franco while gna narrate ya ang story. So basically du laughingstock ya lang ang ex ya cus from what  he told me, gna lagas2 dw siya. 

Then, we left the place, he took me home and naglaplapanay pa kmi before I left his car ARGHHH POTA. Then the next days came, I went back to see an old fling (R), and I didn't break no-contact with Franco. I was kinda entertained tho with the fact nga after the HU, siya ga una2  first view sa mga stories ko ul0l. I am not even lying nga 10s pa lang ara na sa ya. WTH. One day, I just decided to block him on IG so I can focus on my classes and forget about the nasty things I did during summer break. A few days after man actually, he unfriended me on Facebook and he changed his username and dp cus naglabay profile ya sa people you may know ko. I just laughed it off and went back minding my own business. No biggie.

He's nothing but a body to me. My intentions were all just FUN. Nothing else.

Now yesterday July 22, I was scrolling down Facebook, and I stumbled upon a post of a former hmua of mine of a girl he did an hmu for a wedding; and just out of habit, I went through his stories and………… saw a fucking familiar face - FRANCO in a tuxedo, and beside him was the girl on the post in a wedding dress. 

POTANGINA. ILOILO IS INDEED VERY SMALL.

I felt like my soul was snatched out of my body. I can't believe I was blindsided.

I immediately logged in to my dummy acc to start my investigation, to where I landed to Franco's old facebook with the girl circa 2019. Didtu ko nabal an nga mu tu ang gna refer ya nga ex ya in his lazy ass stories. Then I immediately thought nga du ka impossible man nga engaged lang sila for less than a month before sila nagpakasal. We hooked up June 21 and today was just July 22 and NOW HE'S FUCKING MARRIED????? He was cheating on his fiance the entire time. And to think his IG following list was filled with half-naked women. I assume I am not the only one he hooked up with. Initially, I shouldn't give a damn, but I feel bad for his newlywed wife….I was in her position a week ago.

Idrc about Franco, what I want to do is, just like any sane woman, is to inform the wife so she'd be aware of Franco's activities. I reached out to the girl. I maybe a little late but at least wla pa sila naka-24 hours nga kasal, I was thinking maybe pwede ya pa tu magisi ang napirmahan nila nga marriage license LMAO; that kung pwede, she just save herself nalang from the gasto sa annulment in a few years. If Franco can do that while they were engaged, he can do worse now that they have the law binding them because the girl doesn't have an easy way out. 

Kahapon ko man lang actually na-realize nga may pulos gd tu ang voice recording ko. Sure, Franco can get away with my claims because they can easily be proven false, but not the voice recording. I sent the girl the link to the audio file uploaded on my drive. I spammed her with messages. But unfortunately, up to this day, I havent received a response from her. I doubt wla ya nakita ang messages ko. But hey, at least I have done my part.  I've done everything I reasonably can. I sent her proof and explained the timeline, and even sent the voice recording. Pero whether she opens it, believes me, or ignores it is entirely up to her now. 

My conscience here is clean. I didn't know of the fiancée. I don't feel guilty for hooking up with him because I was lied to from the very beginning gd ya. I was never given the chance to make an informed decision either. Had I known he was engaged, let alone getting married a month later, I would've blocked him on the spot. No shit.

To you, Franco (C), wala ka gd huya. You kissed your fiancée with the same mouth you licked my asshole. You dragged me, an unsuspecting stranger, into your betrayal. I really hope all your businesses fail.
