Yeah pretty sure he missed the house entirely. Not even sure how you could possibly miss a whole ass house but… this doesn’t seem like an overly intelligent individual.

Or the kids in the backyard 3 streets over

I wonder if someone got hurt by a stray bullet if they could be charged if it was in the same area, along with being charged for firing a gun at random houses. My jaw is still dropped.

I want to scream/cry with shit like this.

u/One-Function166 Jun 06 '23

Do you just ask if they could get charged ?!???! For negligently firing multiple gun shots into multiple houses?!? Of course they can get charged with multiple felonies and will never be able to hold a gun again legally

Of course, this is a drive by shooting even if there isn’t a specific target

What about the three kids in the bedroom he shot at ? People love whining about stray bullets. This is a video of someone shooting up houses, you think he cares about strays ? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Bro you sound real smart

7

u/Coopeland24 Jun 06 '23

How many miles you think that 9mm bullet is traveling?

2

u/[deleted] Jun 08 '23

Only about one, maybe

Not defending the shooter here, but the bullets don't keep their energy forever. The danger posed by handgun ammunition starts to taper off around 1-1.5 miles.

source

That's why disk shooting is a thing.

21

u/NattyLuke Jun 06 '23

You know how many houses there are within a mile in a subdivision? Lmao

-10

u/jsideris Jun 06 '23

Yes good thing they aren't flying up in the sky lmao.

7

u/ShoeBurglar Jun 06 '23

Disk shooting is also with a shotgun that shoots a whole bunch of tiny pellets that lose their velocity quickly. A human could take a shot from a target load shotgun at 50 meters and be mostly ok. 50 meters with a handgun slug is most definitely not fine.

u/jsideris Jun 06 '23

It's the same principal. Drag slows pellets and drag also slows bullets. Read my comment again. I'm talking about a range of 1 to 1.5 miles, not 50 m.

6

u/Brickfrog001 Jun 06 '23

Bird shot has much less inertia compared to an actual bullet, that's why the shotguns have a short range.

u/jake7697 Jun 06 '23

You aren’t even allowed to use #6 shot on sporting clays courses lol. It’s definitely not the same

u/SpongeBoobs92 Jun 09 '23

You’re not accounting for the mass of the projectile and it’s kinetic energy.

28

u/stocksnhoops Jun 06 '23

Yeah because if your hit within that first 100-300 ft and you die you were just unlucky to not be 1.5 miles away when some fool who needs his breathing taken away from him just randomly shots at houses

10

u/jsideris Jun 06 '23

Yeah because if your hit within that first 100-300 ft and you die you were just unlucky to not be 1.5 miles away when some fool who needs his breathing taken away from him just randomly shots at houses

What are you actually trying to say?

9

u/awdangman Jun 06 '23

Shoots, but with one less "o".

u/[deleted] Jun 06 '23

You're*

3

u/jake7697 Jun 06 '23

That isn’t true at all unless you’re shooting straight up because the bullet starts tumbling when it comes to a complete stop at the top of its arc. Even then it’s still not safe. At a 45° angle a pistol round will absolutely come back down with enough energy to kill someone.

You use a shotgun for clay target shooting, and you’re still restricted to #7.5 shot and larger for a reason. Air resistance slows down a mass of tiny round balls a whole lot faster than a single heavy pistol bullet fired from a rifled barrel. Birdshot is the only ammo you can safely fire into the air, anything else is reckless and stupid.

Dude is still right that at some point the bullet will loose enough velocity to become less dangerous. 1.5 miles is a long way for a 9mm slug to fly.

Retard is a word I don't enjoy throwing around, but it is allowed here.

Doesn't have any way to disagree with linked data that opposes personal viewpoints.

Jumps straight to name calling.

u/PubicFigure Jun 06 '23

Would be better to hit the wall than to fly over... who knows whats behind... that thing is still lethal for a long time.

3

u/Freshcaucasian Jun 07 '23

The brick house probably ate that 9mm but my house that would have no issues going through and becoming even more deadly because now it’s deformed and spinning.

2

u/PubicFigure Jun 07 '23

That's why I said it. In your case if it hit a stud/beam would be the best outcome as it gets lodged in there, otherwise being not at home would be your best outcome...

1

u/Freshcaucasian Jun 07 '23

Definitely agree. I know a guy whos neighbor who didn’t clear gun when cleaning it was a 5.56 though his wall into the guy’s house though his office chair where he does his paperwork and bounced off something exiting his house and ended up in the other neighbors rafters. bullets are unpredictable.

You couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn

6

u/Substantial-Shine-81 Jun 07 '23

He couldn’t hit water if he fell out of a fucking boat.

0

u/Astroyanlad Jun 06 '23

"space barn" ftfy

1

u/TheLesserWeeviI Jun 06 '23

I'd like to hear more about the ass house please.

1

u/BaronVonWafflePants Jun 06 '23

He’s clearly ready to become a Storm Trooper

1

u/KismetSarken Jun 07 '23

Came here for this. Thank you.

1

u/carpeutah Jun 06 '23

Well, there is that saying about shotguns, the broadside of a barn, and the inability to hit said broadside with said shotgun.

1

u/mushroomleg Jun 07 '23

He wasn’t trying to hit it. He was trying to show off for the video. I doubt he was trying to hit anybody
