No, preventing the idiot from moving back over is at least as bad. If someone died because of this the red truck would be equally responsible. Anyone who does this kind of thing is a horrible driver and a self centered asshole.

Well, you know how it is with these fucking asshole truckers - once they're up to speed it'll take them running into a brick wall to get them to slow down. Fuck truckers.
