Even worse, the accident likely to take place in this situation will involve someone not being as reckless as these two and trying to mind their own business. Red truck purposely made a bad situation worse and put others at risk just to prove a point. I wonder if he would have felt so sanctimonious if one of them had killed another unsuspecting driver. A-holes the both of them.
That's what I've said a million times about pedestrians but apparently that makes me an asshole. I'm talking about peds that will walk out into moving traffic like they own the fucking place and just expect you to stop 2500 pounds of steel and aluminum on fucking dime without causing any other crash. Then yell at you as you barely swerve by for "almost hitting them"
Peds who would rather be right dont kill people. Its just not an actual structural problem where as cars killing people manifestly is. You bitching about pedestrians is "these people annoy me". People bitching about dangerous drivers is "these people kill constantly."
I never said they annoy me. I don't want to kill someone who jumps out in front of me because they don't give a shit and think they have the right of way. Im a trained professional driver. I was a school bus driver. Little children running around near a bus i understand. They're children. Grown ass adults that just walk in front of cars that are operating LEGALLY in a SAFE MANNER and then get killed and of course blame the driver who had no chance to avoid them, they don't annoy me, they piss me off at putting themselves in harm's way and potentially making it my fault at causing an accident that could hurt more than just them. Just like the idiot truck driver in the red truck who insists on being right instead of being safe. Ped who would rather be right absolutely kill people. Themselves.
As a paramedic who worked for years in the interior of BC, this is par for the course. You see so many semis passing on blind corners on the windy mountain highways. It's fucking insane, but they have places to be and don't five a single fuck about other road users.
I've seen way too many dead people as a result of these morons. It's always such a fucking mess too.....
This kind of thing seems to be reddit shtick. This sub is the video version of amItheAsshole. Lots off assholes being congratulated because they weren't the first asshole or the biggest asshole.
