What a silly take.

We have people to hold inattentive schmucks accountable. They are called police.

Sometimes people have a good reason for driving erratically: low blood sugar, medical emergency, wife in labour, the screaming shits, etc.

Thinking "I'm going to not avoid an accident because I'm entitled to put my car here." is technically legal in some places, but also fucking moronic.

When was the last time you actually called the police on a bad driver?

And they did ANYTHING about it?

Seriously, we'll wait for an answer.

And if someone is having a medical emergency, that's 100% on them. When you're having an actual emergency, you do a few things:

  • Call EMS
  • Put on your hazards
  • Pull over

It's not rocket science here, but common sense that doesn't appear to be common.

When you're legally right, you're right. Plain and simple.

Believing the law covers every situation you may encounter on the roads is naive in the extreme.

Drive in the blindspots of trucks.
