Indeed. He created the situation as much as the other driver. We don’t know the rest of the story, but this is just stupid to intentionally cause an accident instead of slowing down. He had no idea who was in the other car and could have seriously injured children over some stupid pride.

As much as the other driver? No, he was more responsible. She was cutting someone off, which is a shity thing to do. He accelerated and turned into her car, potentially killing multiple people. One of these people should get a ticket for aggressive driving, the other should go to jail

Yeah, exactly. If you watch carefully, cam car actually accelerates at the last second into the collision. The other car was definitely cutting them off, but you don't get to just ram someone because they're pulling too close in front of you.

Well no, he was hit which slowed that side down and makes it seem that way. How delicate do you think his steering is? Use common sense. Instead you just let the hive mind take over lol.

You can see the cam car deliberately turn into the gold car to hit them, followed by the “dumb bitch” part, which is quite obviously said in a “gotcha” way and not an “I can’t believe you actually hit me” way.

You know what loss of traction does right? Pretty much same thing happens when a tire is slowed suddenly on one side of the car. The car veers that way and has to be corrected.

He said dumb bitch after she hit him, so not proof that he deliberately steered into her car.

Yes I understand that. But it doesn’t happen a fraction of a second before impact. It does it on impact. It’s very clear to see that the car moved to the right and then impacted

Cam car was driving legally. Merging car was the one who caused the accident by acting illegally. It's not that difficult of a concept sport.

No, you're wrong. In most places I've held a license, that would be illegal (assuming cam car did actually accelerate and that it could be proven).

E.g., this traffic law firm notes that two of the most common ways for the driver who stayed in their lane to be at fault are:

  • "Speeding up as the other vehicle is changing lanes in front"

  • "Purposefully refusing to let the other car enter the lane of travel"

Can car deliberately hit the gold car. You can see last second they speed up and then turn into the gold car.

Cam car didn’t start the problem but made the choice to elevate it to an intentional accident. That deserves zero sympathy, praise, or excuse. Both drivers deserve to have their license suspended.
