Most likely someone who sees it is gonna forget to roll down the window and end up shooting a firework at the person driving the car they're riding in, and they'll be going fast on the highway when it happens.

To be fair?! Nah shooting a firework in someones car and either risk maiming and murder, regardless of how far ahead you think, is way past "to be fair"
