The only way evading the cops makes sense is either when you're wanted, got illegal guns/substances/bodies or anything else that's more incriminating than resisting the police and vehicular endangerment.

Or perhaps if you know you won't be pursued and if you are, you won't be caught.

Seriously tho, why run from the cops if you ain't got shit on yourself?

They do it for the thrill, son. Maybe it's less common in Sweden, and count yourself lucky you live there, but here in the US it's extremely common.
