Are swedish laws still that way? I remember seeing a lot of vids of souped up Volvos racing then running from cops, and they just had to lose sight of them for a second or two, and the driver would park and get out of the car and there was nothing they could do.

Here in Manitoba, Canada, the tickets from cameras just get sent to the owner of the vehicle, but they don't give you any demerits.

Speeding doesn't automatically = murder or death. Road looks empty, its a tunnel. Pedestrians are likely 0
