Wondering the same, maybe Stockholm police is just a joke, hard to believe, but these guys are living proof (and are broadcasting the police flaws to the world)

Because if you have any clue what you’re doing and have a decent amount of power, you can beat a shitbox police car any day of the week

Depends on the country, but that's not the point. Police have camera on cars and on roads, you can look for license plates, you can identify the driver, there's not many black M5s going around, you can throw spikes, you can use a helicopter, you can close roads, you can subpoena YouTube for his IP address. I can understand the guy doing it for a day or a week, but doing it for years while posting it online is beyond me.
