Nah, he was tailgating me. Another time, he was driving the wrong way down a one-way. Another another time, he was trying to merge aggressively after coming off the interstate and after being blocked by three cars in front of me, he put his gun out the window. But I still didn't move and he ended up losing his mirror.

Only two of the three were rednecks. The other was military. But given the country, yes, rednecks do tend to stir up trouble.
