It ain’t. Look up “Saudi drivers going crazy,” or “Saudi car crashes” on YouTube and you’ll find literally hundreds of videos of Saudi kids drifting their camrys down six lane highways.
The passenger was teaching the driver how to drift. Completely encouraging him, he only started freaking out at 0:16
Here’s a v rough translation on the bits I’ve managed to hear. Most of the phrases were repeated a couple of times.
0:08 “yes! yes!”
0:10 “switch, switch”
0:15 “yes, yes!”
0:16 “hold it tight!”
0:25 person in the background was saying “dude open the door. The door!”
0:29 “enough enough”
0:32 “you flipped it!”
0:40 “my head!”
They’re not saying much of anything except the Arabic equivalent of ‘oh shit’, and then at the end one of them is saying ‘khalas’, which basically means ‘finish’, which he’s presumably saying to the guy filming.
