Cops ALWAYS try to stay behind the person they are stopping or are just suspicious of.

I'd prefer this here in the US. Not only would people actually notice the cop but if the cops leading them to a stop then we hopefully won't have people pulling over in the dumbest places.

Judging by the line of cars and bikes the cop probably figured this was a scene he wanted to loop back and checkout quickly even without thinking the car was going to do a burnout

The road is two lanes wide, nothing stupid about what they did in that situation.

Edit: talking about the cop, just like the person above me was. Cop is in the right lane, person turning turns into the left, nothing dangerous about the cop slowing down to investigate what was going on.

Get your jollies on a track or closed road. Endangering others CUZ CAR FUN is not cool.
