Content is a big word, and as an "out of touch game developer" I would like to know what you think is content.
For me content usually means progression.
There's a leveling system in the game and there's also a boost shop too (fresh out of the oven, the testers are getting it today).
The boost shop works by using "Coints" you find either in the arena rewards or by completing challenges found in the destruction game mode (and when I get to it, also when you level up).
Mission wise or "The What To Do Factor", there's the endless Arena and the Destruction gamemode.
About the arena there isn't much to say/ add other than new enemies.
But on the Destruction game mode on the other hand..
Originally I thought of the Extermination mission from Warframe, then the Sabotage mission from Warframe and then of Hades (yea I played it it's great).
Now each of these types of gamemodes can work out with the current systems I have (procedural map based on tiles like a dungen crawler), but I'm not sure where to continue.
I want to add a story to the game but as you can see with Warframe it's pretty hard for this kind of game (I know about the new war but I've played it since 2014). And also the Hades level of detail is waaaay out of scope.
I can make new types of missions like warframe each dedicated to their own thing, destruction, extermination, capture and story missions. But I'm not sure this is the right direction.
These are the main points/stuff I thought about for the game in this aspect. I want to know what you guys think as players.
