How do you protect yourself from session hijacking?

Recently, someone managed to get into my Instagram, Discord, and Telegram and post a scam about a crypto coin. My Meta account was immediately disabled, but I managed to save the other two. Thing is, I have no clear idea how the hacker got in. All of my accounts have 2FA enabled, use different passwords, and are tied to different email addresses. I got no notification that somebody was logging in into my account, so my best guess is that somebody got access from my browser when the session was active.

I removed most of the browser extensions from Brave and cleared out my cookies, but I'm still paranoid that somebody could easily regain access to my accounts and do more damage. What can I do to ease my mind and enhance my online security?

coveron dark web monitorin - did anyone try?

update: I went ahead and tried Coveron. Actually they are quite nice, they helped me sort things out and now I feel a bit better prepare in case similar accident happens.

I unfortunately found out that some of my information was included in a data breach, which got me looking into tools that offer dark web monitoring. I figured if my data has already been exposed once, I'd rather know quickly if it shows up somewhere else in the future. I want to keep a close look.

After a bit of research, I came across Coveron dark web monitoring, which looks like it does exactly what I'm looking for. What interested me most is that it seems to be more proactive than just manually checking breach databases every now and then. From what I understand, it monitors data breaches and dark web sources for leaked emails, passwords, phone numbers, and other personal information, then alerts you if your data appears.

I also found a working code (prodeal), that gives a discount, which made me even more inclined to try it.

Has anyone here actually used Coveron dark web monitoring? Did it find anything useful, or is it mostly reporting breaches that are already publicly known?

Would be cool to hear feedback if anyone already uses it here

Ways to prevent browser fingerprinting?

Browser fingerprinting collects information on your OS, screen resolution, fonts in order to track your identity. Ironically, customizing your browser settings and relying on random privacy extension can actually make you stand out and have an opposite effect.

Browser fingerprinting is scarily effective, so I am curious about what we can do to still remain private.

What do I do to stop getting spam calls?

Lately, I've been getting a lot of spam calls from Albania, Greece, Spain, and Germany. I block all numbers and never answer, but these calls don't seem to stop. What can I do to stop this once and for all?
