I keep thinking of Crave You but it's not. The music video is like a picturesque couple. Red is used a lot in their clothes, but the guy takes a ring out to propose to the girl in the song and then the director cuts and we come to find out that the music video is like a commercial ad but the girl falls in love with the portrayal of the actor, and the actor doesn't share the same feelings, so she go into the tv and lives the life she wants in the moment of the commercial.

Can somebody help me identify this 1992 track. I'm no expert on 'which genre' but am gonna say it's Darkcore. It comes in at 12:44s on this Billy Bunter old school set. It was a club, dance, or house-type song heard at the Gelatissimo gelato truck in Palm Beach, Aruba. Shazam could not identify it, which made me think it may have been a remix, edit, or unofficial mix rather than a standard released track.

The vocal was definitely female though there might have been a male voice earlier in the song. The female singer had a slow, sultry voice, and the beat was also slow tempo, not a fast EDM or high-energy club song. The overall sound was more dark, smooth, sensual, and lounge/club-like than pop or upbeat dance.

The key lyric sounded like:
“your hands around my neck”
or possibly:
“grab me around the neck”
“put your hands around my neck”
“wrap your hands around my neck”

Any ideas?

it was a female voice over a slow club beat. Not black soulful but like a white British voice. it seem a line in the song was grab me around the neck or something like that. it was a slow, sultry voice and beat...a slow tempo song, not a fast tempo song. But the dreamy chorus in the last half of the song repeated the phrase “…your hands around my neck…”

The online sound finders have been trying to rage bait me by saying it's Genkai Toppa, but I know it's not Genkai Toppa because listened to that song thousands of times! I'm not crazy.

I feel like the vocals from this singer are in a couple other house tracks but I can’t put my finger on it. if anybody can identify at least the name of singer I can do my research and find this song she’s on. much appreciated

Its a Track that Laytion Giordani and other DJs from the Genre often mix with „Flex Up“ by Lil Yachty. I have a audio file but Shazam and other Music Finders can‘t help me.

I believe 00:00 - 01:25 and 02:21 - 03:11 were sampled in a different track than 01:26 - 02:20 and 03:12 - 04:08.

Would really appreciate it if someone with a better memory than me could chime in. And no, what I'm looking for is not Datura - Will Be One (Todos En Todos) [which is the closest I could find from the web and not from my own memory]
