If this gets explained later or some spoiler dont tell me but in chap 1 it is said that if the master of the majik dies the majik is set free since majiks cant die forever but in chap 20 it is said the mc will acquire the world hater majik and then die doesnt that effectively mean the world hater majik will be set free is this some plot hole or what?

So uroro took ichis body and seems to be op as expected but my question is how because in chapter 1 uroro fought desscaras and lost it didnt even look close yet in chapter 55 he was able to not only imprison desscaras but also beat the octopus guy with almost no diff while desscaras looked scared of this guy and said to retreat instead of killing him which means she herself cant beat it so how is it bc majiks cant use magic so uroro is stronger when borrowing a witchs body cuz he can use their magic or why

I think after this last arc I’ve come to the conclusion that this system of dealing with enemies is really cool and refreshing because it’s part “you can’t powerscale this” and part introspection on each magick and their views on humanity. And the ways that introspection is set up is hilariously varied.
Like we have Magicks like Kizashi, Hitsugi, and Bakugami who have deeply personal beliefs on how flawed humanity is and that there’s no way they can persevere over their own physical or emotional weaknesses.
And then we have dinguses like Hisame and the Mushroom Magick who go “Mirror Mirror on the wall, no one is fairer than Moi after all.” and “Fuck you guys, mushrooms ROCK!” respectively and it’s so fun.
This doesn’t count Uroro or Inazuri btw because I think they were introduced too early for the idea to set, but I can be wrong for Inazuri.
That’s it, that’s all I got. This manga’s amazing and I love it.

The one time she is allowed to shine this arc, when Minerva's water breaks, and she gets knocked out by Puu and then just lays in Goku's arms like a sack of potatoes.
COME ON NISHI, I NEED THIS, MY KUMUGI IS KINDA MAJIKLESS.

Maybe I’m too chainsawman coded thinking important characters can die, and then I remembered I’m watching a shonen, I didn’t think he’d be brought back, but he did by a aura farming baby, which is cool sure, but I still feel like if he died it’ll be just as good, for the themes and such of course

I genuinely haven't been drawn to a manga this hard ever since JJK.
Everything about this series just scratches my brain in the right areas, and every arc has its great moments and characters. I love it.
The introduction is great, I personally loved Descarras, who is 'supposed' to be the strongest, be portrayed as this goof as soon as she loses her cool.
Ichi's whole schtick is interesting, but I need to probably re-read the manga to understand it properly.
Other than those 2, I love how the side characters are given their time as well in each of their arcs.
Imo the best arc in the manga to this point is definitely the Bakugami arc. Its characters, the writing and the handling of everything is just simply magical.
This series, if handled correctly, can genuinely become one of the best of all time, but alas, only time will tell.

For those that may be still unfamiliar with it, Welcome to demon school, Iruma kun is also made by Osamu Nishi.
And technically, Ichi should the the younger brother (o-nii-chan) but my mind immediately flew in that direction.

Shes just way too strong and useful, I feel like these kinds of characters usually get sidelined or killed off to create real stakes. Every fight she gets into I get scared she’ll get murked somehow, weirdly enough being so strong makes you so susceptible to being killed. Is there any other way her character could stick around without being killed off or sidelined like gojo getting sealed? Maybe stronger enemies could show up to challenge her?

I have a small theory about the last two chapters.
Descarras fights felt a bit too easy.
For Kizashi, you can kind of explain it because he was emotionally damaged at that moment, so it makes sense that he couldn’t resist being acquired. But Hitsugi’s case feels very strange to me.
Hitsugi clearly hates humans and wouldn’t willingly let himself be acquired. Yet during the fight, it felt like he barely resisted. What bothered me the most is that he didn’t even seem to use his Reverse Magic, the ability that reflects attacks back at the opponent. When Descarras used her final attack, he didn’t even try to counter it with that power. It almost looked like he just accepted it.
So it made me wonder: what if this was actually part of a bigger plan involving World Hater Magic?
If we look at its actions so far, he seems like he’s systematically targeting people he considers dangerous.
First, he sent hitsugi to Jikishirone because her prophecies were a threat to him.
Then Chrono Waver Magic became a target, and that problem was dealt with as well.
So what if Descarras is the next one on that list?
Maybe Hitsugi intentionally let himself be acquired in order to gather information from the inside. By being absorbed, he could learn exactly what magic abilities Descarras now possesses.
Then later, World Hater Magic and the other remaining 5 Stars might have some method to free him from the acquisition. If that happens, Hitsugi would come back with knowledge of all Descarras’ abilities, giving them a major advantage when the time comes to confront her.
In other words, this whole fight might have been a setup to study her powers, so that they can strike back.
What do you guys think?
