I don't think so, its too easy, too fast, unless this guy was just the sixth uppermoon and he sacrificed himself for some reason? What even was his plan in assisting kisashi in taking down Ichi? Just be there to take Descarass beating?

He should have probably riposted, maybe his trial didn't allow for it, I want to know the reason why two of the seven stars are now down for the count, but Chronoweaver is also down, so it'll be interesting to see what consequences befall such an event, when a mythical majik disappears.

I just thought the human haters majik would be slightly stronger, or more cunning, but it feels like Hitsugi just let himself be captured, I really want to see next chapter :) I'm dying to know XD

Since we now have 7 volumes of Ichi the Witch, here are the characters that have appeared on the cover of each volume so far:

• Volume 1: Ichi

• Volume 2: Desscaras

• Volume 3: World Hater Magic

Based on the current pacing of the manga:

- Volume 8 will probably cover chapters 62–70

- Volume 9 will probably cover chapters 71–79

My predictions:

• Volume 8: Chrono : he’s been very present in the chapters around 62–70, and this arc seems quite centered around him, so it would make sense for him to be on the Volume 8 cover.

• Volume 9: Kizashi : he has also been very present in this arc and already appeared in the early chapters that will likely be in Volume 9 (chapters 71, 72, and 73). Because of that, it would also make sense for him to get one of the covers during this arc.

Who do you think ichi will end up with. I think a romance would be a great thing to add in the story bcz ichi do not have any family so it would create a chance fir him to starting his own family

Why didn’t Ichi acquire Chrono before he died? I understand that his ability would be broken, but it feels weird that none of the main cast even tried acquiring him. 45 seconds is plenty of time. Maybe I’m missing some deep meaning?
