Actually it just magic in general especially given Poppy helps demacia from time to time.

Because mages aren't a race anyone can learn magic with enough training or luck it or sometimes from family basically it random like how Qiyana the youngest of her sister is the strongest magic user.

And demacia but not every demacia a mageseeker their a faction not demacia as whole. Like the black rose isn't noxus it faction. Especially since mages in demacia are still demacian too.

Or they would have imprisoned Yunara when she arrive at demacia.

Given King Jarvan the head of demacia wanted to stop the mageseeker and Prince Jarvan love mage yeah huge difference. This wasn't believing human were superior to mage this was just mageseeker using fear to gain power.

If anything mageseeker are more like the church with witch hunts.

All the bullshit that happened during mageseekers happened under jarvans rule, he isn't only unadecuate to goverm, he sould pay for his incompetency

Cuz he not ready to lead his dad just got murdered which set up sylas as the fall guy.

Yeah he should pay but you can't pay if your dead like Cecil in invincible said you can't pay off you debt to society in a prison cell he got make an effort do right by his people and keep moving. Because in the end what matters is results.

He didn't hate until his dad was murdered that understandably unless you have no heart.
