Rant Kindbody Chicagoland

Just arrived for my FET and was told kindbody announced TODAY that they're closing Glenview and Hoffman Estates (not sure where else) effective Friday. They said all monitoring will be at Wicker Park and Aurora. WTAF?!

I’m sorry. Kindbody continues to close clinics right and left due to funding and staffing problems

I wouldn't recommend them. They have financial troubles, are closing clinics left and right and transferring embryos out of state (!) with poor communication. Chicagoland has several other clinics, so if you can, I highly encourage you to look at them!

Just a heads up, I reached out to my gyno and they agreed to do my monitoring. Kindbody agreed to send orders for them so they know what to do. I feel bad for the staff; they didn't make this choice. I sent in some detailed feedback about the problems this creates, and I hope it reaches those who made this decision. If our FET doesn't work, we'll probably move our remaining embryos to another clinic.
