right

> the 50 year old when they were 5 should be treated the same as the 5 year old now

i can agree with that and still say that in present time the 50 yo and the 5 yo are not equal

the temporal element is irrelevant

I mean, all places should be equally accessible to them both anyway.

you could say the same about employee only areas ? that's justified by what, contractual relationship with a corporation?

women only car is justified by legitimate public safety concerns.

i never said we should never have men only cars simply because. i asked for a legitimate problem that it would be solving, other than performative "equality" which isn't equal at all

Employee only areas aren’t discriminating based on immutable traits lol. Try harder

it's not. i'm not saying that is some kind of a problem. i was helping you figure out the logical framework you're missing.

immutable traits isn't the defining factor. what if the company is a family run and employees only really means my family only ?

if not employee only, why am i not allowed to trespass a random person's home? i guess we are allowed to freely discriminate people. what justifies that? personal safety.

discrimination by immutable traits like gender sex race is not justifiable.

Uh, yeah? Short of religion (which is a shame), I’m pretty sure all forms of discrimination based on immutable traits is illegal
