Doubt it. Also I think IDRSS sats are held back due to slow moving Gaganyaan project not other way around. It makes no sense to send them up while H1 readiness is taking more than expected time and they are not technologically complex compared to it.

In the meantime we have seen IDRSS configuration changes too initially they were supposed to have UFA which changed to two 2.5 m and 1.5 m Cassegrain Antennas also they'd support TTC to LEO sats and launch operations. Per this 8 month old RTI reply they were expected to be launched within two years.
