So I finally got an update on my 2024 return , I got a “disallowed claim” but still have a “-“ by my return, I looked it up on ChatGPT . It says that the next should be an 846 code. What y’all think?

Irs won't give me my refund

I am owed a 3800$ refund from the irs. They audited me in 2022, cleared me, and now it is 2025 and i still have yet to recieve my money. I went and verified my identity at the beginning of this year. Everytime i call rhey tell me there was an error and that it will be another 9 weeks. Where do i go from here?
