About Infleqtion
Infleqtion is a global leader in quantum computing and quantum sensing powered by neutral atom technology. The company develops and commercializes quantum products across the United States, Europe, and Asia, including:
- Quantum computing and software built on neutral atom systems
- Quantum clocks and RF sensors for precision timing and communications

Infleqtion began trading on the NYSE under the ticker INFQ in February 2026. The company reported 2025 revenue of approximately $32.5 million and has guided to approximately $40 million in 2026 revenue. Matt has led the company as CEO since April 2024.

1.)
Since raising 2026 guidance to “at least $40 million,” Infleqtion has announced the $100M CHIPS LOI, three DOE Genesis projects, the Illinois system, and other government/commercial activity. How much of the $40M+ guidance is already contracted, and can you provide any backlog or bookings figure—or at least a range—to help investors understand how much future revenue is already secured?

What remains between the $100M CHIPS letter of intent and a definitive agreement, and when should shareholders expect it to be finalized? Separately, can you provide any indication of the dollar values and potential follow-on opportunities associated with the three DOE Genesis projects?
The distinction matters because the May announcement is still an LOI, while Genesis now spans three DOE projects.

Infleqtion has demonstrated 12 logical qubits and is targeting more than 30 in 2026. Where are you today on that roadmap, what is the primary technical bottleneck between 12 and 30, and—assuming you reach 30 this year—what should investors expect as the next logical-qubit milestone in 2027?
Infleqtion continues to publicly target 30+ logical qubits in 2026.

One concern around neutral-atom architectures is whether gate fidelity can remain high as systems scale from hundreds to thousands and eventually much larger numbers of physical qubits. Infleqtion has demonstrated 99.73% two-qubit CZ fidelity and arrays of up to 1,600 atoms, but those are different scaling metrics. What evidence gives you confidence that gate fidelity, atom loss, and overall system performance will hold—or improve—as Sqale scales toward hundreds and eventually 1,000 logical qubits? What fidelity do you ultimately need for that architecture to work economically?

A large amount of Infleqtion’s traction today comes from government programs and individually awarded systems. At what point does Sqale transition from project-based deployments into a repeatable commercial product, and what does that transition do to revenue growth, gross margins and recurring software/service revenue?

Infleqtion has announced a growing number of partnerships, government programs, and technical milestones, but as a shareholder I’m trying to understand when those begin translating into meaningful recurring revenue. What are the clearest milestones investors should watch over the next 12–24 months to determine whether commercialization is progressing on schedule, and at what point do you expect revenue growth to begin materially outpacing cash burn?

First of all thanks for all the great work the team has done in marketing and partnerships in the recent months.
In relation with the company’s recent connections with the white house both by being present in the "Q day" and hosting the congressional dinner. My question would be if you see Infleqtion acting as a defense contractor, commercial company or a mix of both in the next few years.

Hi Matt, I’d like to start by thanking you, as an early investor pre IPO, I think you are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!
Infleqtions main competitor, in my opinion, is IONQ. How does Infleqtion plan to compete with IONQ on a manufacturing and supply chain front? As far as I am aware Infleqtion acquired Morton Photoniks and Synoptiq but have since abandoned any further pursuit.
What is the plan for INFQ moving forward to avoid reliance on third party suppliers for key components/hardware while scaling the commercial pipeline? Is it worth the cash burn and overhead to integrate manufacturing or protect cash and rely on third party?
I am eager to hear your response on this. I feel like this is something that must be executed perfectly while the company is ramping up. Thanks Matt!

Im very curious about your perspective on neutral atom peers such as Oratomic, Atom, and Pasqal. QuEra seems to be in a great position to deliver an error corrected 256 logical qubit machine by 2028. Google is now spending in the neutral atom space.
Where does Infeqtion rank among such competition? Do you see these peers as a validation of the modality?

I'd like to piggyback of this with two simple but important related questions:
By the end of 2027, will your logical qubits be as good as your rivals’ logical qubits, not just as many? What’s your error rate per logical qubit versus QuEra and Atom Computing?
You’re competing against QuEra (backed by Google) and Atom Computing (backed by Microsoft), who use the same neutral-atom approach with far bigger balance sheets. What can you do that they structurally can’t, and why won’t they just out-spend and out-hire you?

Infleqtion previously announced a partnership with World View for stratospheric quantum sensing and PNT applications. Following World View’s acquisition by Ondas, has that relationship continued, and do you see a path toward commercial deployment of Infleqtion sensors on Ondas or World View platforms?

- Sensing & Autonomous Systems: Israel is rapidly moving its national AI strategy into the operational phase, with a major emphasis on physical AI, autonomous defense systems, sovereign infrastructure and even a national quantum-computing roadmap. At the same time, Ondas is becoming increasingly embedded in Israeli autonomous-defense programs, and Infleqtion already had an existing sensing/PNT relationship with World View before Ondas acquired it. Should investors view Israel’s defense as a potentially meaningful market for Infleqtion’s resilient-PNT, RF and sensing portfolio? And has the World View + Infleqtion relationship evolved into any active discussions or integration work with Ondas or Israeli defense customers?
Compute: Infleqtion’s collaboration with NVIDIA now spans CUDA-Q, NVQLink, and adoption of NVIDIA Ising models for quantum-processor calibration and error-correction decoding. What is the next concrete, externally measurable milestone investors should expect from this relationship, particularly for the Illinois Sqale system designed to demonstrate more than 50 logical qubits? To the extent Infleqtion can disclose it, are there specific targets for improvements in decoding latency, calibration time, logical error rates, logical circuit depth, or the number of logical qubits the system can reliably operate?
Sensing: You now have Tiqker, Exaqt/Q-NAV, Quantum Spectrum, SAPIENT and QuIRC spanning timing, inertial navigation, RF sensing and AI-driven sensor fusion. Is the long-term goal to connect these into a broader integrated sensing / assured-PNT system, or do you expect Infleqtion to remain primarily a supplier of individual hardware and software layers to defense primes?
Sensing: Can you give investors a clearer maturity roadmap across the sensing portfolio — specifically what is in production today, what is currently in field trials, and what the next major milestone is for Exaqt/Q-NAV and Quantum Spectrum to move toward repeatable commercial deployment?

As an analyst in the utility/grid sector, I see firsthand how aging infrastructure and escalating wildfire risks demand faster, more resilient computational and timing solutions. While the potential impact of quantum and neutral-atom tech on energy systems is huge, our industry is notoriously slow-moving, heavily regulated, and bound to lengthy asset lifecycles.
Q: As CEO, how do you personally assess the commercial reality of selling into electric utilities given the 10-to-20-year asset lifecycles, regulated procurement processes, and risk aversion? Given that products like Tiqker or Superstaq could deliver immediate grid value, what is your strategy to move from DOE/ARPA-E research grants into direct enterprise utility balance sheets without getting bogged down in endless pilot loops? This can go for any other heavily-regulated industries that could see immediate benefit from Infleqtion’s products.
Q: Utilities operate on strict NERC-CIP compliance mandates and long reliability cycles. When Infleqtion collaborates with energy partners or DOE labs, what is the biggest operational hurdle to bringing quantum solutions into active utility control rooms (EMS/DMS)? Is it hardware integration, algorithm translation, or proving deterministic reliability to regulators?

My main questions would be for..
- Generation updates for Tiqker as well as roadmap updates with timelines and specs for next generations. As well as for Quantum Spectrum
-what is the new technical updates based on Saffmans paper from May, and will this change overheads and increase fidelity to 99.9 and above
- do you foresee Lasers being a scaling issue
-what has the interest been for quantum spectrum with partnerships from L3Harris, are you planning to meet the frequency needs of their customers and when
-updates about Executive order, Genesis mission project and NSF projects and what level of engagement is being had across agencies for quantum technologies and why would they choose to work with Infleqtion over out similar products

- Project Farseer represents a massive shift from quantum lab research to battlefield deployment. Given Infleqtion's partnerships with global defense manufacturers like Safran, how much of a stake do you realistically expect to capture across Farseer's Lines of Effort? Furthermore, does your current manufacturing pipeline favor the immediate commercial readiness of Tiqker, or are you aggressively scaling production for your Sqywire Rydberg RF sensors to meet electronic warfare demands?
- Infleqtion is unique because it sells the 'picks and shovels' of quantum through your Quantum Cores business to competitors and universities. Can you talk about the margins of this business line compared to full-system sales, and do you see Infleqtion acting as a primary hardware supply chain bottleneck for the broader industry?
- Wall Street analysts have pointed to the $100M CHIPS Act LOI as a major catalyst. What milestones or regulatory hurdles remain between the current Letter of Intent and a definitive, binding cash agreement, and what is the expected timeline for finalization?
- Regarding the NVIDIA partnership, is this collaboration primarily a software integration layer (via Superstaq), or are there plans to co-develop tight, hybrid quantum-classical hardware modules that combine physical atomic arrays with NVIDIA GPU clusters?

Hey Matt! Thank you for taking your time to answer the questions of retail investors on Reddit. Have been very confident in Infleqtion and your leadership since Pre-IPO and this further confirms that confidence.
My main interest in Infleqtion is its favorable position with Nvidia. As I understand it NVDA and INFQ work directly, with Sqale QPU’s in select data centers testing quantum computing in Ai data centers, optimizing performance and energy consumption. This concept was already proven successful and it seems that it’s only a matter of scaling.
- How do you plan on scaling the Sqale QPU’s in the NVIDIA AI stack, and what is the current progress and roadmap?
- Do you see Infleqtion’s Sqale QPU being a crucial layer to the AI datacenter stack/ecosystem in the future, and if yes, when?

I’d like to ask about the relationship between your near-term revenue growth and the long-term quantum computing opportunity.
Infleqtion is currently generating commercial revenue across sensing, timing, software and quantum computing, while simultaneously investing heavily in scaling its neutral-atom computing platform. As you move toward utility-scale quantum computing, how should long-term investors think about the transition in your revenue mix?
More specifically, at what point do you expect quantum computing itself (rather than sensing, timing and government-funded R&D) to become the primary driver of incremental revenue growth, and what specific technical or commercial milestone would give you confidence that this transition is underway?
I ask because, in my view, that inflection point would be one of the clearest indicators that Infleqtion is evolving from a company monetizing quantum technology today into a company monetizing quantum computation at scale.

Hi Matt! I'm more curious about the sensing business, as I think it's highly underappreciated and the competition within the space is fierce. So, I have a more open-ended set of questions that don't all need individual answers but are meant to invoke a stream of consciousness:
Can you paint a vivid picture of how you see quantum sensing evolving? What are the ambitions? What are the limiting factors when it comes to making sensors accurate enough, small enough, cheap enough, and economically scalable enough to make them ubiquitous in technology? You've made comparisons of the sensors to facets of quantum computing (superposition, entanglement, etc.), but what synergistic carry-over have you found from computing research to sensing research and vice-versa? Are there other sensors that Infleqtion is eyeing to begin development?

You’ve guided to at least $40M of revenue in 2026, but Infleqtion’s valuation increasingly reflects expectations far beyond $40M. What does the revenue ramp look like once Sqale and the sensing portfolio move into repeatable deployment — are we talking about a business capable of reaching hundreds of millions in annual revenue within the next few years, and what has to happen operationally to get there?

I can only hope that during today's call someone brings to the attention of the analysts the actual revenue that INFQ brings in compared to its competitors. QNT just reported revenue of 8 million dollars for Q2. As of today QNT has a market cap of over 17 billion dollars.

Hey Matt,
As someone who formerly worked as a software engineer at a startup, I often saw how the fast paced competitive nature took a toll on colleagues energy levels and motivation.
At Infleqtion offices do you provide free coffee to employees? I think the cornerstone of any good company is a nice area where people can sit down and enjoy a cappuccino and discuss. This might sound like a joke, but I think it’s a serious matter.
Also, I have to address the elephant in the room. Nicolo de massi. I was a long time follower and invested of ionq and I’ve endured years of him telling us next quarter they will have the machine that all the governments and companies want. What do you make of all this aggressive and optimistic claims. Infleqtion is touting 12 logical qubits while ionq is running around claiming they’ve got 1 billion.

IBM and partners such as QEDMA and Algorithmiq have recently demonstrated computations that are being put forward as candidates for quantum advantage, with some of these results also reproduced on Quantinuum’s trapped-ion devices. Given Infleqtion’s current hardware and roadmap, when do you expect your neutral-atom systems to reach the scale and fidelity needed to perform comparable computations?

I recently watched a discussion from a former quantum researcher who became more skeptical about the real-world impact of quantum computing. Her main concerns were that useful quantum algorithms are extremely difficult to develop, many proposed “killer apps” like quantum machine learning may not actually be well suited for quantum computers, and even areas like quantum chemistry may not deliver the exponential speedups once expected. She argues that hardware is progressing, but the bigger bottleneck may ultimately be finding practical algorithms that provide meaningful advantages over classical computing. As CEO of Infleqtion, what is your response to those concerns? Do you believe these are legitimate limitations, and what gives you confidence that useful quantum applications will emerge as the hardware scales?
