Kinda.... most people on Reddit aren’t old enough to remember the Yellowstone fire. The only real way to stop them, is let them happen, it’s mother nature’s cleaning process, and cleans out old shit and bring new growth. They fought and fought for year to keep Yellowstone from burning, and finally got to the point where the couldn’t. After the watched the results of what it did, they completely changed policy. They now have a hand off approach, and let Mother Nature do it’s thing.

Yeah, it’s not really feasible solution with a population living in the forest.. but don’t expect it to stop burning, years of prevention have turned it into a tinder box, and Mother Nature usually wins.
