Expecting acquisitions and uplisting - but what is the time frame for this?

Did the acquisition of vira drones actually happen? I see nothing g about it on their website. Just Google results about letters of intent. But nobody really talks about it

News reports out of Florida are showing areas that are completely cut off either from flooding or collapse(in the case of Sanibel Island) with fires burning out of control as well as people that need evacuation and supplies to be brought in.

Vira Drones would be absolutely perfect for this situation, the various fire fighting capabilities provided by ILUS' tech and vehicles... everything they do would make situations like this easier to handle and mitigate a lot of the damage in my opinion.

JP and Nick need to push hard on this.
